But as that tear gets wiped away, I remember your kind voice, your thoughtful advice and how you helped me find a new path to stop this pain. I take a deep breath and I say to myself thank you for caring about me about my family and for teaching me to have the courage to continue living without the scars I placed on myself. I still may be sad and disheartened but I now can move on. Silently I say thank you. You’ll never know what you mean and how grateful I am for all you have done and how your knowledge and compassion has played such an important part in my living. Thank you.
