I see growth. I thank you for the small glimmer of light we have seen in the last two weeks. I am hopeful and looking forward to growth for both of us. I also recognize the effort that you are making with assessments and reflection that is deeper than surface level. Without being overly dramatic it makes me feel like she is in good hands and I am grateful.
