Thank you so much for all your help. I can’t express how grateful I am, and how much it means at a terribly difficult time in my life. You are providing me a path to remain employed, independent, and live with dignity while focusing on the hard, lifelong work of maintaining and improving my health. It makes all the difference to find a doctor who is my ally and who advocates for me as a person with a disability. Thanks again for all your time, advocacy and help.
