To add, I must say that there are some very useful tasks in there for any and everyone to partake in! I am actually going to continue my anger log as part of my daily journal! This is such a great tool for analyzing situations as well as looking back to see how the situation could have been improved and CAN be improved in case it ever arises, again. I printed out my course book, and I will keep it to always refresh on relaxation methods as well as RCR. Thank you for such a well put together course. I appreciate this.
